If you are interested in an internship in the Washington, D.C. area, Truman State University offers a variety of programs.

 Truman in Washington helps students locate housing in the D.C. area and provides students with support throughout the internship experience.

1. You can intern through The Washington Center (TWC), an organization that will help find you an internship, provide you with housing and hold course options for a for-credit internship. The application is here.

2. You can obtain an internship independently and complete the work for no credit.

3. A third option is to find an internship independently and obtain credit through your department.

Regardless of the option you choose to pursue, the Truman in Washington program exists to help you.
